Management is committed to:

- Reserve 60% of unskilled and casual labour opportunities for suitably qualified indigenes of the host community.
- Give priority to capable local subcontractors where appropriate.
- Avoid activities that may create unnecessary threats or harm to the environment and community.
- Take appropriate responsibility where operational activities cause damage to community property or the environment.
- Maintain open communication and dialogue with legitimate community representatives.
- Avoid involvement in local political activities and maintain professional neutrality.
- Support community development initiatives where appropriate and within our operational capacity.
